"IL FIENILE"

It is a typical tuscan haybarn,
now tastefully restored on 2 levels
using original materials and maintaining
the charm and integrity of the building.
It is a lovely, small, rustic house of about 40 mq.
completely independent and with its own entry.

Il Fienile is provided of independent
central heating and air conditioning
in the bedroom.

Outside
“Il Fienile“ has a small private garden with
a comfortable space under the pergola,
barbeque, shower, outdoor laundry basin
and space for parking.

The furnishings
are simple, made with painstaking
care in the old Tuscan style,
creating a warm, cosy atmosphere.

On the ground level
there is a living room with a sofa bed,
a small fully-equipped kitchen with a hob,
oven and refrigerator.
There is also a storage closet.

Upstairs
you will find a full bathroom with shower
and the bedroom with air conditioning,
wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Linens and towels are also supplied.

Shopping is very easy from here:
within a few minutes you can reach any shops
including supermarkets for basic daily needs.
